How to get to Niseko
The Japanese island of Hokkaido is serviced by the major city of Sapporo. Sapporo’s new Chitose International Airport (IATA code: CTS) receives flights from many international destinations within Asia. In addition all the major domestic Japanese airlines operate numerous daily domestic flights to and from Chitose.

When you arrive at the New Chitose Airport-Get your bags, go through customs.- Find the bus counter or look for the sign from our bus company. -Make sure you get money for your stay from the ATM at the airport. Get more than you think you need. It may be hard to get cash in the resort. -Get some water and/or a snack. -Get on the bus. -Get off at Niseko-Hirafu. - Meet us and we'll take you to the Lodge.
Bus Information
Most travellers come to Niseko via Chitose airport (aka Sapporo airport) and then get a Bus from Chitose to Niseko
*The last Bus from Chitose to Niseko departs at 5.30pm.*Wednesday and Saturday is 8.30pm
*The first Bus from Niseko to Chitose arrives at the airport at 11.30am
*Typical Bus travel time is 2.5 hours, but it can take longer if there is heavy snowfall

Train Information
trains run at various times throughout the day. Most will require a changes at Sapporo and/or Otaru. This is usually only a matter of crossing the platform. Waiting can vary from 10 mins to 1 hour. The trip will take about 3 hours not including any wait time. The destination is the town of Kutchan which is the closest point to Niseko

Price: 2800 Yen (plus 4000 Yen taxi ride from Kutchan to Hirafu)
The last train from Chitose to Kutchan (near Niseko) departs at 8.34pm
